Where have I been?

*Blink* *Blink* I am back.

You may wonder how had happen to me…

At work, I am busy with meeting, interview, rectification works etc…

And I encountered some weird incidents

1) One of the lobby staircase lightings and lift lobby lightings flicker like disco lights – No fault defected.

2) Water feature No 2: water was gushing out from the joints of the artificial rocks – Now no more leaking.

3) Solenoid valve of one of the bin chute keeps tripping - we suspect the cables the replacement but now everything is bad to operation.
You know what I mean if you understand.

I was down with diarrhea last week…

A bad one!

I still having phobia for pasta and pizza.

Here are some of happy occasion of the month….

1) Charlotte is born on 20 August 2007 (Not the same birth date as Lyn’s) lol

2) Sentosa Outing with Nat, her sisters and her 4 dearies

3) Brenda’s new home near grandpa’s place

4) Lyn’s birthday celebration @ Modesto

5) Quifen is getting marry at end of the year

6) Japanese Summer Fair Outing with Mich & Jeff

7) Boss is out of town…

8) Ann had baptized – She is a happier person!

Mummy says my complexion has improved. *Glad* She asked have I gone facial lately or done anything special. =)

Whose in wrong?

Here is another lengthy story. I am going to cut it short.

One of my residents complained that her maintenance fee’s cheque took more than a month to bank in. Firstly, her cheque bounced due to the delay. Secondly, my ex-colleague did not inform her at all. She was so mad that she wrote in to request to waive off the interest of $98.00.

Due to certain reasons, my boss did not want to bring this up to the Clients.

My boss instructed me to call up this resident. And proposed to her that she will bear 50% of the interest and the balance I will” reimburse” from my own pocket.

The following day, my 1st Client came questioning me on this matter…

I fear for the moment when my stomach muscles twist and turn…

Giving me the signal I need to go to the ladies and do my big “business”.

For whatever reasons, whenever I am over stress or nervous this would definitely happen.

And I went running up and down the ladies.

I am lousy in handling my work stress!

I wonder what I am going to do when other stresses come along.

[D]ream ~ ~

I realized how much I heart sleeping lately. I hate to wake up every morning especially on weekdays where I need to work. You remembered the last time I mentioned that I was having nightmares constantly. The nightmares continue… I have been dreaming hilarious things for the past one week…

Maybe I am too exhausted.
Maybe I think too much.
Maybe playing with Destruction bring me nightmare.
May I am aimless ...

I heart going for Dim Sum on a lazy afternoon.
And follow up bringing a few Doggies to the beach and dip them in the sea water.
I realized that not all doggies love to swim except Jack Russell Terrier.
Under dazzling sun, I can’t open my eyes.
But with the accompany of the few doggies, I forgot every things completely,

Rosemary

I would like to share a remedy that I have been using since February.

I heart rosemary so much!

I am using 100% Rosemary Essential Oil for hair care.

Regular use of rosemary oil helps in stimulating follicles, as a result of which, hair grow longer and stronger.

Rosemary oil slows down premature hair loss and graying of hair.

Rosemary oil will also eliminate dryness and act as excellent conditioner.

Rosemary oil is also beneficial for dry and flaky scalps.

Regular massage of scalp with rosemary oil nourishes the scalp and remove dandruff.

Direction: After shampoo, towel dries your hair. Next put 2 -3 drops of rosemary oil onto your palm. Then massage the oil onto your scalp with your fingertips (not fingernails). And you can follow up applying other hair care products onto your hair / hair ends.

Trust me the smell is light and smoothing. It is not oily on your scalp.

I would advise you to conduct patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

- / + Two Days

I simply mind answering private phone calls after working hours.
I mean it!
It always spolited my mood... :(
For my past two days, they were the worst...
First, I am bleeding badly.
There were extreme changes at home.
Somehow I dun feel like going back.
And I dun miss my doggie bed.
On top of that, I been having nightmares for the past few nights...
Maybe I am SUAY!!!
Sometimes people are down at their LUCK.
And I am one of the unluckily ones.

I am missing someone badly!
I think this is why Aunt Valerie is here to accompany me the next two days.
And make me stay at home.
So I can stop spending money!!!

Life without TV really make my life miserable.
How I wish I could hide in my room to watch TV like nobody business.

Never bring your work back home to complete!
Yet I did that...
Serve me right! Since I worked like a snail...

Tuesday Talk

My Aunt Valerie is Missing In Action! And I having lost my craving in food.

Work is making me exhausted!

I have enough of interfloor seepage issues. They were always bounced back to the MA if the issues were left unresolved. I am truly aware of the above unit is responsible to make good if the said water is coming from their unit. But how to settle the repair cost? Who pay? Above unit? Or cost sharing? This is a subjective question…

I wanted to emphasis on do not own a Condominium no matter how loaded you are! Before the 10 years warranty of the waterproofing expires, it has started leaking to the lower floors. The contractor used cotton-like material and aluminium foil to wrap the leaking pipe. They did that in many units. It is so disgusting… Contractor will never hack the floor to redo the waterproofing unless you are paying them in cash. There is not much choice left except to do grouting since it is under the 10 years warranty. But no 100% guarantee!

Good workmanship = no extra income for contractors

P/S: some of my residents don’t seem to be working but they could paid their maintenance fee?

It is unlike my style to blog at this time. But I left with little choices.

Usually, my eyes are fixed on the television from 7pm to 11pm.

This is my leisure of the weekdays.

Unless, I am meeting up my friends.

However, I have a Guest at home tonight.

A Guest that going to live with us...
