I never like the idea of detoxification. Previously, Dawn & Yirong have shared their experiences on detoxification. It sounds horrify to me. Basically you eat vegetables & fruits to survive.

I never forget my mum’s words “If you don’t take meat, where got energy to work!!!” Precisely and I eat a lot of chicken meat. I believe eating chicken can make my boobs grow bigger. I observed that Malay women have bigger boobs than the Chinese. It must be the benefits from chicken. Ha ha...

Actually, it was my beautician, Jeannie had changed my thoughts. Detoxification can helps to cleanse your skin. I have to admit that I have pretty bad eating habits. I love deep fried stuffs and junk foods like chips & chocolates. In addition, I don’t drink a lot of plain water. That is the reason why I have so much toxins. I am planning to take on a 5 days detox program soon. Wish me Good Luck!!!
