An Indian resident called from Indonesia claiming that him daughter who was revising for her "A" levels at home was disturbed by the neighbour 's hacking works ( renovation work). He wanted us to stop the hacking works.

What a big deal? I gave him an alternative. I let his daughter used the function room to study. Yet he is not satifised. He wanted the contractor's contact. I told me to write in formally to request. In the end he called HQ to complain. My Director instructed me to give his wife the contact and he commented we should specific the number of hacking duration. Eg. 9am to 1pm .

So this is how my Director "protect" his staffs.

An new owner, China man disposed all his unwanted doors at the basement car park. I called to inform that he must remove by today. Or else, his deposit is forfeited. He is not happy! He said my attitude is bad and infexible. I gave him my name and told him to go ahead and complain.

Previously, he insisted he shifted in the estate on Sun which was not allowed. Fine! I granted him. And also he did not extend his reno permit, he came and made a big who-har when his contractors cannot access in.




This owner refused to remove his bicycle from the corridor. He insisted he was not obstructing others. He parked his bicycle outside other unit's window. And when his neighbour washes their window, he picked a quarrel with them.

Fine! Anyway he is parking at his own risk.
